Oryx Routes provides a digital platform to assist users in visa application processes. We are not a government agency and do not issue visas. Our service includes document preparation, application review, and submission assistance.

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in your visa applications. Falsifying information may result in application rejection and potential legal consequences.

4. Service Fees and Payments

All visa fees displayed on our platform are inclusive of the service fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The total amount shown at checkout represents the full cost of the service, including government visa charges and our processing fee.

Please note that depending on your location, additional taxes (such as VAT or GST) may be applied by Stripe at the payment gateway. These taxes are calculated based on your billing information and are processed in accordance with local tax regulations.

All payments are handled securely through Stripe’s payment infrastructure. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

Oryx Routes does not offer any refunds for our services at this point in time. All transactions are considered final once processed.

6. Intellectual Property

The Oryx Routes logo, brand identity, proprietary APIs, and original content created by our team are the property of Oryx Routes and protected by intellectual property laws. Images and illustrations used on our platform are sourced from publicly available and open sources, used in accordance with their respective licenses or fair use principles. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee visa approval. Oryx Routes is not liable for visa denials, delays, or changes in visa requirements imposed by governments.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend applications that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Oryx Routes may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in its mainland (or the relevant Emirate) without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
